Situation in Japan : It might be changed. Start panic buying?

I thought Japan is OK.
I thought “There’s no panic buying, we can buy anything anytime.”.
Until last night.

Last night Tokyo governor urged residents to stay at home at weekend and she also mentioned about lockdown because the number of corona cases in Tokyo jumped yesterday.
(Some people says they just hided it for Tokyo2020. So after the decision to postpone they quit to hide it.)

By the way, After the press conference of governor, supermarket in Tokyo started getting crowded.

In the fact, until yesterday night, the panic of COVID-19 seems to be almost someone else’s problem .

This situation might be changed.
No one knows what will happen next.
