“Tsuri(釣り)” means deceiving people with lies or exaggeration to enjoy their reactions as a slang.
The original meaning of “Tsuri(釣り)” is fishing or angling.
Articles with exaggerated titles to attract more views are also sometimes referred to as “Tsuri Kiji(釣り記事)”.
*Kiji(記事) means article.
