“PakuTwe(パクツイ)” means a tweet that copies someone else’s tweet or other posts without permission.
“Paku(パク)” is an abstraction for “pakuru(パクる)” which means “to steal,” and “twe(ツイ)” is an abstraction forr “tweet”.
