“Toutoshi(尊死)” means “almost die because it’s too toutoi(尊い)“.
“Touto(尊)” is an abstraction for “Toutoi(尊い)“.
“Shi(死)” means die.
This is a slang among otaku people.
They are looking at their oshi‘s photo..
A: Look at this his smile!!!
B: Ohhhh…., Toutoi!! Toutoshi(尊死)!!
A: Yessss…!! Toutoshi(尊死)!!
