Meaning of “ShigoDeki(しごでき)”

“ShigoDeki(しごでき)” is an abstraction for “Shigoto Ga Dekiru(仕事ができる)” which means capable at work.
“Shigoto(仕事)” means work, “Dekiru(できる)” means capable.
